Return & Refund Policy

At Avery & Cole , we take great care to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

  • Shipping delays caused by customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control and do not qualify for a full refund.

  • Tracking information will always be provided. Once tracking shows “Delivered,” the order is considered fulfilled and completed.


Return Conditions

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Return shipping costs (including international and customs fees) are the customer’s full responsibility.

  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Trying on is allowed; wearing or using the item is not.

  • Returns of orders placed in multiple sizes or colors with the intent to return part of the order are not accepted.


Return Process

  1. Contact us at Info@avery-cole.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. You will receive the return address of our logistics partner (China-based).

  3. Ship the product back at your own cost, including any customs or import fees.

  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


Refunds

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method.

    • If a customer chooses not to return the product, or if a return is not possible due to shipping costs or other circumstances, we may offer a partial refund as a goodwill solution.

    • We reserve the right to determine the refund amount, typically 10%, 20%, or 30% of the order value, depending on the case.

  • Orders delayed in transit but still delivered do not qualify for a full refund.

  • If the package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but the customer claims non-receipt, the customer must provide a sworn statement or proof of loss for further review. Without such proof, no refund will be issued.


Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if the tracking shows delivery at the customer’s address.

  • Any incorrect shipping details provided by the customer are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

  • Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
