Return & Refund Policy
At Avery & Cole, we take great care to ensure our customers are satisfied with every purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Processing & Shipping Times
Order processing time: 1–3 business days
Estimated shipping time: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
Shipping delays caused by customs inspections, holidays, high-volume periods, or unforeseen logistical circumstances are outside our control and do not qualify for a full refund.
Tracking information will always be provided. Once tracking shows the status “Delivered”, the order is considered fulfilled and completed.
Return Conditions
Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
Return shipping costs, including international shipping and any customs or import fees, are the full responsibility of the customer.
Returned items must be:

Unused and unworn

Unwashed

Undamaged
-
In original packaging with all tags attached
Trying on an item is allowed. Wearing or using the item beyond fitting purposes is not permitted.
Returns of orders placed in multiple sizes or colors with the intent to return part of the order are not accepted.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@avery-cole.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
You will receive the return address of our logistics partner, which is China-based.
Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense, including any applicable customs or import fees.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
Restocking Fee
For returns initiated by the customer, a restocking fee will apply.
A restocking fee of $10 per returned item may be deducted from the refund to cover inspection, handling, repackaging, and processing costs.
For larger or bulk returns, this fee may increase to $15 per item, depending on the size and handling requirements of the return.
The applicable restocking fee will be clearly communicated before the refund is processed.
No restocking fee will be charged if:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

An incorrect item was shipped

The return is the result of an error on our part
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days using the original payment method.
Refund amounts will be calculated after deducting:

Non-refundable shipping costs
If a customer chooses not to return the product, or if a return is not feasible due to high shipping or customs costs, a partial refund may be offered as a goodwill solution.
The partial refund amount is determined at our discretion and typically ranges between 10% and 30% of the order value, depending on the circumstances.
Orders that experience delays but are ultimately delivered do not qualify for a full refund.
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but the customer claims non-receipt, the customer must provide verifiable proof of loss or a sworn statement for further review. Without such documentation, no refund will be issued.
Liability
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.
