1. General
By placing an order on this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all purchases made from Avery & Cole, registered in the Netherlands and operating globally.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Once processing has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
3. Shipping & Delivery

Average shipping time: 7–14 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or courier logistics are outside our control and do not qualify for a refund.

All shipments include tracking information. Once tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered successfully completed.

Claims of non-receipt after delivery confirmation must be supported by verifiable proof, such as a carrier report or sworn statement. Without such proof, no refund will be issued.
4. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery by contacting Info@avery-cole.com

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Return shipping costs (including customs or import fees) are the customer’s full responsibility.

For customers who prefer not to return the product, we may offer a partial refund (typically 10%, 20%, or 30%) as a goodwill resolution.

Partial refunds are considered final and non-negotiable once accepted.

Orders delayed but eventually delivered do not qualify for a full refund.
5. Product Information
We make every effort to display and describe our products accurately. However, slight variations in color, size, or materials may occur due to lighting or screen settings. Such differences do not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.
6. Liability

Avery & Cole is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages if the tracking shows delivery at the address provided by the customer.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

Address changes must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once an item has been shipped, any errors in the shipping address are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Disputes & Chargebacks

Any payment dispute or chargeback filed without prior contact will be considered a breach of these Terms.

Customers must first contact our support team to resolve any issue.

We provide full tracking and delivery documentation to payment processors to dispute false non-receipt or “item not as described” claims.

Fraudulent claims or abuse of the chargeback process may lead to permanent banning from future purchases and potential legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photos, and logos, is the property of Avery & Cole and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction where the company is registered.
